Orders
Any order not fully paid for at the time of placing an order will be considered to be incomplete and will not be delivered.
Lorne Linen Hire reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. If your order is not accepted, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing an order.
Deposit
A deposit of $25 is required for each setting ordered. This will be fully refunded if all linen is returned. Any missing items will be deducted from your deposit at a cost determined by management.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of orders must be done via email to insert email address.
Orders that are cancelled with 48 notice or more will be fully refunded. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be refunded 50% only.
There are no refunds for unused linen that has been ordered and delivered.
Liability
Lorne Linen Hire accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury caused by any of its products while being used by customers or any other parties for any reason whatsoever.
The person placing any order with Lorne Linen Hire is responsible for ensuring that all Lorne Linen Hire products are used for intended purposes only and will be liable for the replacement costs of any damaged and/or unreturned product.
Lorne Linen Hire reserves the right to seek all costs incurred seeking replacement costs of any damaged and/or unreturned product.
